Every 24th of July we pack our bags and head up to the small town St. Johns! Justin grew up in this small town and it's so fun to come up every summer. Though our family has set a record for fitting 24 people in a 3 bedroom house and with two bathrooms with one working toilet. Besides all the craziness in the house it's tons of fun. The kids play outside most of the time and we play a lot of games. The weather is awesome up there and it feels good to just sit and relax for a bit. The parade in St. Johns always turns out to be great. The floats throw candy to the kids and the firetruck sprays them down with the hose. This year there was a ginormous statue of Abraham Lincoln that would stand and sit. It was amazing! Justin was going crazy taking pictures and gettin a video of it sitting and standing. It was so cool.
After St. Johns we were able to take home our cousin, Tymen from Spokan that we get to see only once a year. Bailey loved having her here. They went to Youth Conference and Tymen enjoyed going. It was Tymen's first time going to Youth Conference and she said she wanted to come again next year.
This summer was so much fun!! Can't wait for next summer!!
